There is a new Service Manager in town! Eric Sanisbury has completely changed our experience at the Service Department. He has a background in RV repair and dealing with Warrantee issues. We were just out of warrantee, but he was able to get our issue covered.I agree with the previous posters frustrations, but if you were disappointed in the past, try them again. Things are being handled right away, not weeks out!

We have had really good service on the sales side if this transaction. Friendly staff. Jury is out on the service department, we haven't used that yet. It was convenient, no hassle or stress.

We had a wonderful experience with purchasing our first trailer. Cliff, Steve, and Ralph were amazing, they answered all our questions and were very patient with us. They are very knowledgeable and the process was very quick once we picked out our trailer.Steve did a very thorough walk through with us and calmed my nerves in regards to towing for the first time. Zack helped us install the tow hitch and was great at explaining everything to us newbies. Aimee at the parts and service was just lovely.The level of customer service is just amazing here, everyone at RVs of Sacramento are very friendly and nice. I highly recommend people to go see Cliff and Steve if youre interested in a trailer or RV.

Great customer service

Possibly the greatest customer service I've ever experienced. Dave went out of his way, after-hours (we unknowingly arrived late), and showed us several models after inquiring with us on our interest level and need. His knowledge of his products was very impressive and only outshined by his superior professionalism. Although our initial interest in RVs was mere fancy, Dave gave us enough information to quickly narrow down our needed-vs-desired range of options and solidify our decision to pursue a purchase.

Dave has my HIGHEST recommendations for anyone even mildly interested in purchasing an RV or 5th Wheel. Much more than a great salesperson - it's obvious he loves what he does and truly cares about finding the best solution for everyone's needs.

Well, they have quite a selection of units from tent trailers to big fifth wheels and even some motorhomes. However, I was looking for a cab over camper and they don't handle them.

We purchased a Jayco in a different part of state and needed to find a new Jayco dealership here for warranty service. I've heard tons of horror stories about Jayco dealers with people losing their RVs for months at a time for repairs, stuff not being done right, etc. Our first visit was scheduled a month or two out, but that was expected due to the influx of new RV owners. When we went in, they did a really thorough walk thru and helped us talk through questions. They also gave us a timeline of two weeks - AND THEY STUCK TO IT! We received a call the first week that several items had to be ordered and would take a month or so. So they fixed what they could, we picked it up and continued our camping adventures (awesome!). A month later, they called that parts were in, and we scheduled again. Told us two weeks, again, THEY STUCK TO IT! Even told us they were a bit behind, but still made it work. All work completed was great too, solid. We really really appreciate their great service, all of the help and tips they have given us, and will definitely use them for everything going forward!

Didn't buy. I told them I am a few years away and they did not pressure me and checked in occasionally just to see if I had any questions. They got some of the nicest RVs I've ever seen. Had me dreaming about the future.

Dave Miner was fantastic in assisting me with my special order purchase of a new Jayco travel trailer. He was very helpful and accommodating during the ordering process and kept me up-to-date until arrival. The day of pickup went wonderfully. The preparations and service teams were excellent, assisting me with some special accommodations (brought my own battery that needed some tweaking to install). I highly recommend these folks for new purchases based on my recent experience. Hopefully my follow-up service needs go as smooth.

We came in on a whim one Sunday afternoon and left the proud owners of a new trailer! Tommy was really great walking us through all the different types of trailers we would be able to use with our current vehicle, taking the time to explain the many differences between all of the trailers. We signed our papers with Ralph, who really made that stressful process quick and painless. Will gave us a very thorough and knowledgeable walk through.When we went to sign our warranty papers Carlos was very informative and really helped us understand what we were covered for. Our family would definitely recommend RV of Sacramento.

My panel went out in my Jayco 347BHOK. I had made several phone calls to my warranty company ( Portfolio Protection) for a week with no results, So after a week I finally made a call to my dealer (RV of Sacramento) and thankfully Erik answered my call. He got connected with the warranty company and resolved my issue in less than a day! I never had to call him back he called me with updates. If it was not for Erik resolving my issue I would be stuck in the snow for the winter I appreciate Erik for doing this!

RVs of Sacramento, WOW, Amazing, Professional, in today's world as a consumer we look for businesses that won't deceive us. Well this is the place if your looking for a new or used camping trailer. I purchased my first trailer from them 5yrs ago a Jayco PopUp. As a first time buyer they walked me through the trailer explaining all the features, and gave me a price that fit my budget that was market competitive. They did such a great job caring for my PopUp over the years. that when it's time for an upgrade we came back. We upgraded to a 29ft Coleman. We had an electrical issue called the service Dept and they got us in, in a reasonable time. Fixed the problem and we are back on the road. A special shout out to ERIK SAULSBURY the Service Manager. Thank you for your professionalism and experience.

RVs of Sac have always come through when I needed them. Today my heater was out and Im heading to the mountains for Thanksgiving. Eric Saulsburry and his service crew came through with flying colors. I was in and out in 45 minutes with a quick fix. If it needed more, they were ready with replacement parts.

Rvs of Sacramento in Elk Grove has done a fantastic job on our RV. Erik the service manager made it his personal job to make sure we were taken care of and it didn't even matter that we didn't buy our unit from them. He is very knowledgeable and fixed our backup camera and also made sure our RV tires were properly inflated to make sure me and my family were safe traveling. Erik has really turned that department around and I will continue to do business them RVs of Sacramento because of caring people like him, this place is a gem.

Would definitely recommend service department at RVs of Sacramento. Erik the service manager there has turned around the sevice department 180 degrees. I had a few things that needed to be done on my rv including a couple of recalls. Got eveything taken care of. Great communication with Erik. It was like night and day compared to their sevice department a couple of years ago. Will definitely come back if anything else happens to come up.

This was my first experience with RV's of Sacramento. I took in my Jayco for a recall and some warranty work. Erik, the service advisor lead was both extremely helpful and knowledgeable and guided me through the process with ease. As a newer RV owner, I really appreciated how he explained things to me. I felt he was professional and thorough in his approach. Separately, the service and sale floor area was in neat order and clean. Overall, I am very satisfied with this dealership and this will now be my go to shop for any servicing needs my RV may have in the future.
