We purchased a Jayco in a different part of state and needed to find a new Jayco dealership here for warranty service. I’ve heard tons of horror stories about Jayco dealers with people losing their RVs for months at a time for repairs, stuff not being done right, etc. Our first visit was scheduled a month or two out, but that was expected due to the influx of new RV owners. When we went in, they did a really thorough walk thru and helped us talk through questions. They also gave us a timeline of two weeks – AND THEY STUCK TO IT! We received a call the first week that several items had to be ordered and would take a month or so. So they fixed what they could, we picked it up and continued our camping adventures (awesome!). A month later, they called that parts were in, and we scheduled again. Told us two weeks, again, THEY STUCK TO IT! Even told us they were a bit behind, but still made it work. All work completed was great too, solid. We really really appreciate their great service, all of the help and tips they have given us, and will definitely use them for everything going forward!
